I have never worked somewhere where the morale is this low.
Everyone I speak to is disenfranchised or checked out.
No one is happy to be here.
There is no future/ this company will be bankrupt in 3 years

I feel like everyone is in CYA mode so thats what I have started doing. Risk Aversion is definitely high

Wah. If you spent half the time working as you do posting on this board you might actually get something done. Have some self respect and put in an honest days work will ya? Are you going to work, or sit there and whine? While you sit there sobbing the world leaves you behind. "Move beyotch get out the way...."
Same troll, different day. I'm bored, no career advancement, leaders are clueless. Get a life. If you did work at Ford, I'd tell you to give your head a shake and take control of your career. I can't stand people who just sit there and expect their employer to constantly pat their back and promote them. Get to work instead of moaning on an anonymous layoff site all day, the rest will take care of itself.
