Is it just me or are the HR recruiters rude & condensing compared to other recruiters outside of WF?

@+1jh3fgp27 - so they are allowed to be rude & condescending to applicants? Aren’t we all overworked & under appreciated around here with these massive lay off’s? Everyone is doing the workload of 2-3 people and/or correcting P&I errors.
I have dealt with many HR recruiters in the past many years at this company. From Wachovia days. In the last 5-7 years they have been given less and less resources to work with, bigger workload and have laid off many. They are working on fumes at this point. Give them a f***ing break. Leave them out of this board.
I had one snap at me once. I have no idea what I did but it was very clear she didn’t want to be there and that I wasn’t being considered for the position I was screening for. I was subsequently hired through the same recruiter, and she was lovely the entire time. I’d consider it non-personal feedback and continue looking.
Just like everything else, each person is different. I've witnessed all kinds.
