This, exactly! Don't give them the satisfaction of quitting over RTO. They want to get rid of as many of us as they can without paying us severance. Google it, there is more than one article on how companies have been using RTO for this exact purpose. Just quiet quit. If they lay you off or fire you in the end, so be it. You were going to leave anyhow. At least you'll have either severance or unemployment. If you quit, you get nothing and they get everything.
