Yea I heard Pepsi is going to the coke model. 1 rep with lots of merchandisers.
Pepsi is the one cutting reps. Not us.
Same with Keebler. The rep told me they had a huge rally and then a month later left dsd haha.
Those rallies are a sign things are coming!! First one I went to when they gathered us to tell us “no layoffs” , less than 3 mo the later they let go of 1/3 sales force!! It’s coming, don’t bury your head in the sand, get a new job!!!
Doing MOD reviews to cut more deliveries and service
Right now they're doing their best to not pay out any monthly or quarterly bonuses.
They’re planning market rallys again so that means no layoffs this year! Probably will happen next year but im not waiting around for that…. I’ve stuck with it far too long as it is and can’t take it no more
