If you are an employee who receives AIP, is it a guaranteed payout or is there a chance no one will receive AIP due to the company losing money in 2024?

If you received a poor annual performance review, consider that you will have no merit increase and your bonus will be 1/4 of others.
Also get ready, you will be rif’d soon. If you were really a string performer how is this possible? Make believe scores on company values.
One year we got $150.00
We didn’t lose money either…. Just smaller profits.
AIP has NEVER been guaranteed it is subject to change, term, etc at the discretion of Leadership with no explanation.
Just an FYI...it never is guaranteed...not just this year.
