Any news on return to the office 5 days per week. No more WFH?

Wait- people work less than 5 days ? Do you not even care about Excellence Focus or Collaboration?!?!
Stop it with denial. Many have fully returned to 5 day RTO. Ford leadership knows what they are doing and have benchmarked outside companies on this.
Funny that before COVID, many people in PD worked from home a lot.
Now after COVID that’s not good?
It's not going to be good. I can't watch my football and basketball games in my man cave during the day anymore. I have my honey do list to get done. This means I will have to get back to Michigan, instead of spending my time in the Caribbean.

5 day a week RTO was mandated for manufacturing.
Maybe if you click you heels together while saying it 3 times it'll be true.
Its very apparent that one of Fords biggest problems is its MANY employees that are focused more on what everyone else is doing than their own work.
5 day a week mandated in PD here in Ottawa.
I will not be able to work on my home projects if this is the case.
