Those of you displaced in December who receive bonuses, are you expecting to get sc--wed on your bonus amount? This will show me what kind of person my boss really is…

@a5+1 if you quit you should get nothing. Most managers will take the amount you should have received and divide it between the rest of your old team.
No bonus
As a manager, I refused to cave to hints from my manager that I should haircut somebody’s bonus because they were displaced (only because of location strategy). Now, if you were displaced due to staff reduction and your rating was lower then your bonus would/should be depressed for that reason.
I quit so yeah I’m getting sc--wed - lol but I found a better job couldn’t pass it up.
