They will not layoff because don’t want to pay WARN and severance.
They will just make your life he-l so you quit.
Doubtful there will be enough RIFs to warrant a WARN situation.
I believe the WARN criteria vary by state. In NJ it's 90 days.
I suspect if folks don't comply with RTO/5 terminations with zero severance and challenged UI claims will be messaged and follow through will occur.
