I don’t understand how the federal government & society lets this happen. Where are the employee and civil protections? Zero integrity.
Did you not see the announcements of Indian Engineers coming to Cold Lake as Expats?? Do you need more evidence??
Here is a hint. Imperial and Exxon continue to push low cost centers targets in all areas. Workload has increased dramatically and more contractors coming in.
