I'm also looking to apply. I saw the other post about layoffs. Despite that risk, what is the working culture like in the Toronto office? I'm from a Canadian bank and am looking at project manager/scrum roles in tech. I'm interested to hear if anyone came from the banking side. Unlimited vacation! What does that mean? Is it more like 4 to 5 weeks and at your manager's discretion? Thanks.

I wouldn’t do it. Expect Toronto roles to move to other locations like Mexico, India, and Poland.
