Don't come to Wells Fargo. It's just as bad and I can almost guarantee they will follow suit with the 5 day RTO mandate. It may take a little while longer, but I'm nearly positive it will happen. They are also doing forced stack ranking and continue to offshore more and more roles to I&P. It's no longer a good place to work.
There is in fact RTO, 4 days required across many LOB. Zero career advancement opportunities as well. It su-ks here too just FYI.
