I don't believe a union would solve the RTO problem, but I do know that the execs fear a union, and that is enough to motivate change if things are done right.

When CEOs run corporations more like pyramid schemes than pillars of the financial system in this country, then it’s time to unionize. Our exploited labor trickles up and enriches the Robber Barrons at the top, who in turn reward our efforts with little more than scraps an tone deaf pizza parties. Corporate slavery is alive and well in 2025. It only continues if we continue to keep our heads down.

I used to be anti union due their corruption, however this company has proven they do not do what is right for their employees. I’d rather have corruption of a union that corruption of the whole company.
