Annual Code of Conduct Training…

Talk about an oxymoron. I guess the investigation in the West revealed the need for a refresher for all of us. If only CC would actually practice what they preach. Instead they swept the unethical acts of a certain VP under the rug.

While you're not wrong, in the context of what that person was saying it's very evident that they meant to reduce it to near zero. The very next sentence said they're placing things on hold to stop the clock.

So again, you're not wrong, not at all... But you're also not as smart as you think you are.

“ stop MTTR at all costs”: Do you even know what it is? It’s the time it takes to repair the network. You can’t “stop” it unless you just don’t make repairs. Then the numbers would skyrocket.

It amazes me the level of ignorance of the business that is displayed here sometimes.

Maybe they are too directed by their lack of Pet Insurance.

Code of conduct??? We have none.. the directive that trickles down from above is stop MTTR at all costs.. even to the point of “skewing” on hold status so that we don’t have to pay back the customers for down time that we are causing.. Managers are clueless puppets that do what they are told to. Unethical..naaa it’s just flat out lying.. it wont be long until the customers start asking questions.. hopefully fiber is sold by then and we can get back to the business of Customer’s 1st..

It’s an annual training. Don’t read so much into it, or use it as an excuse to b**** about someone. Don’t you have better things to do?
