Like last year, giving most hourly and lowpaid employees a $1,000 bonus. Managers have already been told.

It's a shame. You could use that money for English classes
This is the "Please Don't Unionize When We Go To 5 Day RTO Bonus".
There are no coincidences.
And.. your year end review better spot on, if its not meeting 1 area, by 2/10 of percent, so goal was 94% and i got 93.88% and was told i wont not be seeing no $1100 even tho i busted my stress levels butt off and had one mistake in January 2024, no other mistake in that area and bam my manager said, "sorry unfortanly you wont arent qualified."
This is a very good point
Oh, they’ll give us that $1,100 bonus, to make being laid off not sting so much…or to let us know our raise is even smaller than what you’d get from the cost of living increase from social security…sad but true.
The Union is a threat!!
Lets get something clear, the bank does not hand out random bonuses from the kindness of their little bleeding hearts. Bet your butt that it's either a business decision to get some tax write off, or they're being backed into a corner. Because you know they'd rather throw that money into the pockets of their shareholders.
They increased it to $1100 if you make under 75k. If you make that working here, you deserve it. Doesn't bother me.
Hahahahahahahaha
So now compensation and bonuses are bribes? I guess we're all bribes then
Premiers bankers and branch managers sc--wed out of this again. Shoot!
To low. Let’s unionize anyway.
“Let them eat cake.”
Spoilers. This is the cake.
