structural raise

while thinking of reorg and layoff, I heard about this year's structural raise is 2%, have you guys heard anything different?

Won't be much. I'll be glad it's not zero. Have a lot of people in my network getting laid off in and out the industry, no raises and no bonuses. I'm grateful.

Added to that, the higher above 100% CR you are the more you make. The more you make equates to costing the company more. Unless you are 26 or above and in management, making more than 100% CR is not in your favor for upcoming changes.

The structural move is country specific. It’s going to be 2% in the US.
But if you are above 100% of the CO you may end up getting less than that even with a good performance, especially if your team is made of people who are also above 100%
