360 reviews su-ked butt, I'd get like 10-15+ each time and they were such a pain to fill out. I'd usually just make stuff up or give the same generic responses for eveyrone

Only utility of OKRs is to pad the stats on your RSI Guard keyboard and mouse movements
I found the OKRs and the old focals to not be a useful tool for telling me how I can improve even if the focal was positive. They already have their minds set on whether you are an a** kisser or a worker bee. Despite the HR rhetoric around how important employees are and that every one of us counts, it's all for naught. It's a document that they use to tell them if you get to stay or one where they can document if there are issues to be corrected for future use, e.g., next layoff. The exceeds expectations rung is great but that really implies a question: Are you willing to play the game further?
