All finance roles outside the US are being horrendously shafted and the Future of Finance project is just a thinly veiled excuse to cut more jobs even though nothing is working well in the base case. I don't expect it's a barrel of laughs in the US either. Get the name on the CV and move on.

Tax is awful. If you’re not a lawyer or from BA then you have no opportunity.
Anyone not in the US (unless and expat) gets shafted.
