Why should we care about what generations before us did? Covid was the largest pilot study in WFH and it worked.

Love all the trolls saying “wfh is lazy, go back to work, everyone was fine working in the office prior to covid”. Not the point.
It’s the fact that we were forced in to remote work, adapted, it made our lives easier. Better work/life balance. Better mental health. Better productivity ( as per 2024’s record breaking results released yesterday). Ability to save money in a day and age where it’s HARD to stay afloat at times. Everything was better and makes no sense as to why they would bring everyone back 5x if it was WORKING well for the company and for the employees. The fact they don’t have room for everyone to be back is icing on the cake. I understand this was a way of life previously but times are different now.
There are so many people just waiting to take your job. Stop the nonsense and get yourself back in the office just like generations before you had done.
When you have your own company and are your own boss, then you can do whatever you want.
