Wanted to chime in on prior posts commenting on 5 day RTO. It will not be an immediate step from 50% to 5 days in the office. Next announcement from National will be 60% in office(3 days a week). The company called Regus is playing a role for branch sites that have limited office space. They are renting these goofy shared Regus offices and demanding branches with too many heads send their support staff to the Regus locations while consultants stay at the client facing locations.
This is not a matter of if or when, it’s already happening in California branches. Under performers are being cut end of Quarter 2, PIPs already being sent out start of Quarter 1. If you are unhappy with these changes, I’m sorry, there is nothing you can do to stop corporate. I will be jumping ship soon to a competitor. Best of luck to all of you.
