No one knows everything and everyone can be wrong at least once, over the span of 365 daysr. It would be nice if your manager showed some humility, courage, and leadership by example by confessed to it at least once a year.

Remember your managers are scared. Ever since being trained to abuse the bank's clients they have had to repress this. Now they abuse their directs. Wells Fargo is the poster company of the Fearful Organization. Get used to being bullied by your manager -- in performance reviews, tasks planning, etc. Realize at Wells you get ahead by being a bully. Many won't realize this transformation until being liberated from this bank.
That would be rare.
