Bunch of us skip lunch or eat at our desks while working, so we 're there 8 hours of the day, not nine. The less we there, the less stress we're dealing with.

In these troubled times, the Phantom $hitter is a hero to the working stiff. Perched in her throne, she hears the plaintive call of the long-suffering wage donkey: “Help us Phantom $hitter, you’re our only hope.”

If George Floyd was still alive and a Sr Dir at Dell, would George relocate his family to be closer to an office or would he stand his ground just keep working remotely?

Remote will not be a thing anymore, people will have to relocate or face getting fired

It is true. In true Dell fashion, they follow. Since MD doesn’t have an original thought in his head he’ll follow the other CEOs who are just following trends.

MD wants in the office 5 days “flexible”.

No cube though. Here are the major open questions:

  1. Where will people sit when they go back into the office? We can’t accommodate everyone.
  1. What about remote people? What is the policy with them?

Seems like you’d want answers to those MAJOR FU!$&@$ING questions before you announced it to your leadership staff!

It is absolutely no wonder why nobody respects you MD and JC!! You just TALK!

How about this. How about you THINK first before you open that d-mb pie hole? How about that? Could you do that for everyone?

Great news for us in global teams! Finally, we all can just leave our laptops in the office. No more early/late night meetings with other regions. Just come at 9am, leave at 6pm, and that's it.

Email 2/3, effective 2/10. Time to get to Home Depot and get those boxes for the big move closer to a Dell facility!
