It is true. In true Dell fashion, they follow. Since MD doesn’t have an original thought in his head he’ll follow the other CEOs who are just following trends.
MD wants in the office 5 days “flexible”.
No cube though. Here are the major open questions:
- Where will people sit when they go back into the office? We can’t accommodate everyone.
- What about remote people? What is the policy with them?

Great news for us in global teams! Finally, we all can just leave our laptops in the office. No more early/late night meetings with other regions. Just come at 9am, leave at 6pm, and that's it.
