I wonder how these Rags can stay in business? I don't think any other vendor gives them as much as Avaya paid them. No other brand controller the narrative as excessively as Avaya. The other vendors don't care for fluff. This was an Avaya speciality!
ZK sold himself years ago. He didn't need to but he did. For every 1 insightful thing he shared, he drops 2-3 pay-2-play comments. It's obvious he is treading here. It's not his typical "I KNOW things you don't KNOW so you must believe me" confidence. He is actually doubting Avayas sustainability, which implies he may finally be off of the payroll.
Yet I don't pity anyone who gets paid to spin. Then gets exposed. That is called karma.
Avaya has long been a laughing stock for the hyperbole placed in the industry rags. I do agree it's laughable that anyone with a budget to buy soundbytes and narratives is not talent. Just a creative way to get false "accolades"....pay the analysts who wrote good things then leadership believes you did a good job. Silliest role ever. And real talent moves. Doesn't stay for 20 yrs. Everyone knows that.

How does that "I manage the analyst" lady still have a job. The best part is her only experience is Avaya. The wrong people kept the long term roles. That's the kind of role that should always switch out for top talent. So we had an inexperienced person who brought nothing to the table who was also able to hang on for eternity. Brilliant.

I don't know what is funnier--- That anyone still finds Avaya layoffs to be "newsworthy" or that anyone would believe ZK as a "source"
