Is ExxonMobil only recruiting online now? The recruiting team used to come to campus every year but I haven’t seen them and am getting close to graduating next year.

Only hiring local Junior College students into positions impossible to be performed by BTC remotely.
We moved our booths to community colleges now, prefer associate degrees. Masters degrees not welcome.
I’d rather hire experienced people with 3-5 years than bring in college hires anyway. Better bang for the buck, and probably aren’t as entitled as the college beats we brought in over the last 5-10 years. Also have legitimately relevant experience versus the bad behaviors they are taught in first 5 years at XOM.
I have worked with many brilliant indian engineers during my stint in XOM........just that not anyone of them is from our BTC office that's all.
@b5+1jhtmyyyj that comment shows the level of your education
We don’t need old dinosaurs like you
Stop by our booths and IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, etc.
If I was at college I would not be looking at oil and gas
You don't want to work here anyway. Believe me.
No we don’t do fun stuff or stuff that is good for family or community or America anymore.
India is the only place it's at.
Still recruiting on campus, although we’ve consolidated the number of campuses we visit. Different functions recruit at different universities as well.
ExxonMobil is no longer hiring in the USA or in Europe. It only hires in India. American students should cross out ExxonMobil from their lists of possible employers. This is no longer an American company.
They still have an intern program to make it look like they are still hiring in the US, but their actual hiring targets are at or near 0. They bring in sophomores or juniors for internships but it’s nothing more than a LinkedIn photo-op/bridge to nowhere while they are full steam ahead in their race to the bottom in cost and quality of labor.
