I've have seen the 600 and know the top 9, so not BS<

What does this mean?
✓ There are ONLY 600?
✓ Has this 600 and it's "reoccurring revenue" been vetted by an independent auditor, or is it just the old Avaya trick of "implying" that customers who still have Avaya hardware are a fully loaded Avaya on prem or hybrid toward cloud client?
✓ Why isn't it called the G600?

Ha ha ha. According to objective mathematics, 600 is ONLY 40% of 1500

THANK YOU FOR CONFIRMING THAT THEY ARE EXAGGERATING 60% OF THE BASE BUSINESS

Has anyone validated the true revenue that is booked from these so called G1500? Or is this just another "trust us" smoke and mirrors

My take is that maybe 350-550 customers produce enough revenue for Avaya to try to keep managing. However, many if not most of these clients have planned to depart since Chapter 11 (many planned their 3-6 yr exit strategy due to the Sad Forced Subscription Game of 2018-2021 led by ex Verizon Sales Mafia era).

**I'd love to see an assessment of the the real revenue generating clients and then what the % probability is for remaining with Avaya over the next 18 mos.

Maybe time to start naming and shaming the 1500 customers, so they feel the pressure to move.

Ha ha ha.

More like 150. Beyond that the clients are teeny-tiny.

Focussing on the Top 1500 customers isn't exactly sustained growth and acquisition that every business requires to remain profitable and viable. The past 25-Yrs has clearly shown, Avaya is neither profitable or viable.

As if there is some list of customers using crusty old Avaya gear, that competitors are not aware of. Just because laggards are slow to move on doesn’t mean they will buy Avaya’s next thing….. particularly so when f there is no next thing (which appears to be the case). How’s that Edify acquisition panning out?

Smoke and mirrors can keep the uneducated busy for a while, but not for ever

Actually you would keep that list in a vault in Switzerland under armed guard. Posting the list would be a hunting license to CCaaS competitors. It would be like the Death Star placing flashing arrows saying "shoot here".

The 1500 that use outdated equipment and never buy anything but a service contract. You can’t keep a global company alive with 1500 customers. Plus, Avaya was already sold out. Notice how it is Avaya Holdings since that last bankruptcy? They gave it up.

They don't exist, made up by AM and ML to give the impression of stability. And, before anyone cries BS, I have asked many times and have been ignored. If such a list existed then you'd want people to see it.
