I'm a client. I've been a Fiserv
client for 25 years. The lack of
communication about this fiasco
and the idea that the sales
professionals can take on the role
of client service partner in addition
to the sales activity is laughable. I
have nothing but respect for the
sales folks and count many of them
as good friends but holy cr-p are
they left holding a big ole steaming
bag or something…two years
since DNA conversion...this will
help support that's been abysmally
bad....by far this is the worst it's
been. Period. But at least
everyone is in the Berkeley Heights

I am a client and I have been reading all of the layoff posts. First, I am so sorry to see you all leave. You worked hard and did a great job making clients feel valued and many of you are now friends. Believe me - we are listening and sharing among each other and making plans to leave if necessary. And I’m encouraging the regulators to keep in eye on the situation.
