I resent how they expect us to do the work and be maximally productive, as if slow systems are only our problem, and not something for which they have responsibility. Not providing employees with decent working conditions and expecting excellent results is never going to work out. Isn't that extremely frustrating?

Hey whine person, clueless much? The poster has a logical and legitimate point: if the systems don't work correctly then employees CAN'T be maximally productive! It IS frustrating when an employee wants to do an excellent job but can't because the employer doesn't provide functional tools to do the expected job
