the so-called 'bosses' are incompetent and corrupt (or most of them)
they do whatever they are told in order to keep their position

Bangalore? I thought they were in Chennai? Agree with the quality of output though. And the so called Supervisors with their fake accents - can't stand them.
We have the opposite experience in our team. More than competent and allow us to get work done around the clock.
This is a major reason Ford is a no buy! I will not buy sh-t engineered in India, China or Mexico! Ford does not exist to me anymore for this reason.
