Retail jobs are for unskilled workers. Of course you will be treated bad and paid bad because you're easily replaceable. Quit and find something better.

Which is totally appropriate, but if you want to become director of logistics, you may need that degree! All we’re sayin…..

Hogwash! Plenty of retail jobs out there where you getting treated nicely, with respect, and good marketing skills come into play! Merchandisers don’t need a degree, they load the shelf. Reps are (or were) a different story (at one time). Often times they promoted the reps into management and skills learned in college do come in handy! If you don’t have a degree anywhere, or a trade degree, you will have a glass ceiling a lot of places!
