Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

State of Emergency

Somebody either doesn’t GAF or head isn’t sc--wed on tight because why would any leader make us come to the office during a winter weather advisory, where the governor is telling us to work from home if possible and stay off the roads?!?!? Did they not see what happened in Atlanta 2014???

For all the talk of rebellion you beotches sure agreed to work from home to help the company.

If you aren’t going to the office you aren’t supposed to be working from home.RTO

" emergency-weather-paid code "

There's a code for it being cold outside?

In the winter?

The only metric is headcount reduction without severance. Highway fatalities are included in the expected attrition rate. I speak for the C-suite when I say, "floor it on icy roads and turn away from the skid!"

The governor simply doesn't understand the level or value of the cross-functional collaboration happening in the offices.

We were told to WFH during bad weather. Right from our SVP.

Already had 3 WFH days just from the snow.

I bet those WFH days are eating John’s azz.

You could have entered emergency-weather-paid code in infor and stayed home, or coded a sick day and wfh! I did ande and I stayed home! Safety first! If you ask, they will say come in, but you have to do what is best for your safety and wellbeing

I left the office early that day in Atlanta. I also never got the clot shot. Some of us are just ahead of the curve and ATT is loaded with dolty sheep.
