Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Jobs moving to India

We hardly see any hiring in our org. All the replacements positions are offerred to Indians in India. Wells want to operate here but prefer indian employee. How fair is this? Hoping for some new regulations to address this norm followed by several big banks. Not sure why Bofa, wells and jpmc prefer offshore development centers but they don't do any business there

@af+1jj7x80hx, I agree with you 100%. Whether they ship jobs to India or import Indians to the US, the end result is the same. American workers are struggling to find jobs, but American companies continue to cater to Indians just because they are cheaper. Just look around, every LOB, every team has more Indian workers (offshore or H1B) than American workers. Indians put a fake master's degree on their resume and cannot even code any software that actually works. Forget the DEI issues, the Indian infestation issues are far greater.

“ There are only Indians in India.”
I’ve been to India and thus I was in India. I’m not Indian. So your statement is false.

It was under 4% during his first term, until the DNC / CCP launched their coup. I think we'll be fine.

Make sweeping changes around Medicaid and SSI, and this number would move quickly.

The unemployment rate means nothing since the workforce participation rate has been steadily decreasing for over 20 years. Nearly 40% of eligible people are not working.

H1B visa allows foreigners to work on US soil, taking jobs from US citizens. Offshoring does the same but keeps the workers offshore.
Both are equally bad for US workers. The current focus just on H1B is just a diversion from the main issue of outsourcing to foreign countries.
Any US bank which makes billions solely from the investors (mainly US citizens) should invest in their own population rather than ship jobs abroad.

Making America Great Again was simply to mollify and dupe the angry mo--ns. Trump has no intent of actually saving USA located jobs. Democrats won't do it either, by the way.
