Very rich that after years of dehumanizing and burning out employees, JF has the gall to stand up and preach we now need to deliver their latest doomed to fail folly. Face it JF, you've driven your employees over the cliff and they are not interested in you succeeding. Rather, if we let you fail, we may finally see you get shown the door.

Debating between Farley and Hackett is like asking which is better, sy-----s or gonorrhea? They were both feckless leaders, both duped Billy into giving them the reigns and both refused to admit their mistakes.

I am amazed how long he has held on with nothing tangible to show. Miss after miss, year after year. Hackett by comparison is a lesser of two evils which it pains me to say this, but everyone at this point knows it’s true. Again: the Farley family is connected (his cousin did not become a film and TV star by accident). What Farley holds over the Ford family I do not know. The company is way under performing due to decisions of the upper echelons. How he escapes accountability is a master class in blame and disown…

JF is a reflection of su-k up management at Ford. Ford has not product to offer to customers the F-150 is just a box that breaks down. Ford doesn’t offer anything reliable and affordable anymore. Good luck!

Yes, JF will fail. He is already failing. But It is because of his lack of vision and execution, not because "we let him". We/You don't have any power to impact him, unless you know how to voodoo.
