Why would you want to do that? Business as usual is supposedly a failure, this layoffs and reorgs. Hello
Not for a while. ENGINE is behind schedule, hiring seems to be down to a crawl, and the Manufacturing Townhall was devoid of new information. They don't have the replacement workers lined up to end this anytime soon.
Hopefully soon! And with a lot less of something!!!
Agreed! You'd think that with how frequently Chevron does this they'd be SME's by now - completing these actions at lightening speed rather than dragging it out. Maybe next time it should be handed over to the ENGINE since current performance - after having been given a number of chances - didn't deliver a quality product at an acceptable rate.
And then ongoing Engine issues and staffing "adjustments "
2 years. Better part of a year going through cuts and then a year of sh-t show as the dust settles.
