If you are in platinum and not in the top 50% in the ranking, you have a strong chance of getting let go. If you are in the 4th quartile, they might term you in under 30 days. They need to lower headcount drastically. If you are in this segment please have a plan, and start applying elsewhere. They are making it clear to the AVPs there will be no layoffs, no severance, only terminations. It’s awful what they have done to this segment.

Sales people are prost---tes or strippers.
They make money ANY WAY they can and are just trash.

Platinum sellers are the worst, they only work the top 20% of accounts in their PID and are constantly finessing false churn, rip and replace, sipping call center sales, etc. VERY few sell acquisition/ white space. Their accounts are organically growing regardless of their account managers or multiple overlays.
So much manufactured success or failure in ATT sales. Management moves accounts or increases quota at will. They do use the PIP to downsize without severance. GET OUT, PERIOD.
Platinum is garbage. It’s like a vampire trying to su-k blood from a dedicated corpse. Let’s give these accounts that we have sc--wed over and mind ra--d to a bunch of people to get more revenue out of. Oh yeah no green space accounts. D-mb concept from the start. Plus JBV is quite literally the stupidest employee T ever had and the most robotic and fake. PS she was sued for age discrimination, look up AT&T vs Ray. What a bunch of losers
