someone who doesn't work at fiserv told the friend of someone who was that their job was impacted. so someone at fiserv is leaking to ppl outside fiserv.

And? That's nit unique to Fiserv. Happens everywhere. And woth the sh*t show that's happening, I'd call that a good friend.
Wouldn't you? Fiserv customers are learning what's going on as the level of care they receive is spiraling downwards and FB doesn't really seem to care. If it were me and I was a customer, I'd want to know as much as I can.
