You uproot your whole family, spend a fortune to move, lose your social network, only to probably lose the job soon after anyway. In 2025, there's no care for employees or their wellbeing. No one’s nurturing human capital anymore. We're all disposable, losing our jobs on a whim. Effort, time with a company, skills, contribution, performance—none of it matters anymore. Relocating is just too much of a gamble.

If you're valuable, they will pay to move you.
