How much money are the executives earning due to RTO? How does it affect their salary, bonus, and total compensation?

Exec bonus is directly tied to RTO related attrition. The more heads that roll off payroll, the bigger their bonus.
I and team wish also to see end of RTO. Soooo many of times I and said team are doing the needful on laptop and it comes to be morning in U.S. At such of time we are told to arrive on office for reason which are not good one. Still we go and do the needful after also finding plug and sharing of table. This is unaccept!
The change we want to see if end of RTO. What do you suggest?
