Hourly US employee - meets (3) rating - less than 1% raise during my annual performance evaluation - Bonuses are not offered in my department.

Comp doesn't release until Wed. People are either lying or they are sharing what was submitted (which may not be what is approved).
General guidance is 0-3% for Meets for annual increases. But, that number is heavily influenced by other factors (primarily the pool allotted to your area and how your peers scored).
I'm most likely in the same boat. I have been told the raise would be less than a few years ago. A few years ago I got only a one percent raise.
