Fin crimes EDDC group is there, at least they were a few years ago when I worked in fin crimes.
They haven’t hired since 2019 or so in Sac for Financial Crimes.
When I worked in fin crimes, there were about 80 or so in Sacramento. I believe those numbers have dwindled. There is also an element of ent. Investigations there.
Don’t quite understand “insights” are you in Sacramento or Oregon? This has been common knowledge or is it morbid curiosity about a coworker?
Some in Sacramento were offered to office in the Bay Area some were not.

Portland is where all the crime and homelessness is because that's what the residents wanted for some reason 🤷
Portland has been on the block for a couple years. A few will remain, not much. Sacramento? It'd be a heck of a lot cheaper to house people there than SF. If one has to go it should probably be SF, but they won't. Ivory towers and all.
Is been known for some time that WF is leaving Oregon completely by the end of 2025

No reason Sacramento would remain a hub city for anything.
