Appears total shut down by end of quarter. Houston , Texas is a bell weather for refinery news yet no one seems to be awake at other oil and gas facilities or trying to follow what is happening or even inquire why.

Margins will continue to get more competitive due to multiple new refineries in Africa, Middle East, India that operate allot cheaper vs American Refining.
They announced the expected closure in May 2023 and actually delayed it til now. My guess was due to the unexpected windfall of the second half of 2023. Sad for the employees.
hope they can find good work elsewhere sorry for their loss
Alot of it kept out of the main media so investors never find out. All info should be forthright and transparent.
