As a former employee and happily retired, I must say IMO the bank has certainly gone downhill. The Help Desk and HR is beyond unfriendly and useless. I left BofA years ago and their HR team is delightful...what happened Truist? I can't recommend my former employer that I loved for so many years to anyone. Beyond sad!

Retired employees check in here to find out what’s going on…that’s what. Most left in the midst of this sh*T show merger. LinkedIn in posts about those that left and this site give some insight to the continued mess.
