Just wondering... I know I will get the snarky "we didnt need you" blah, blah, blah" but, the day after my last day... I went over to T-Mobile to switch my service, take advantage of their plans, and honestly have to say what a pleasant, frictionless, experience it has been... customer service was "Top Notch", and so far my service (and "Extra's) far surpass those I received at "T" . I didn't want to pay the exorbitant fee AT&T was going to charge me and got a better plan for way less money from T-Mo... INCLUDING canceling my service at T... paying off the rest of what I owed for my cell phone, porting my number over, and the trade in went without a hitch (unlike T, where they stole 3 of my trade ins even though I worked for the company!)
I know we have been "Brainwashed" at how superior we are to T-Mo - but being away from AT&T has taught me a lot... not only how we as "Employees" were treated like cr-p, but how our service was not top notch (of course got worse with laying off experienced, knowledgeable people to run the network. Anyway... I know someone will post I am not tied into AT&T.. but I was, worked out of NJ office, wouldn't move to the hub they wanted me at, so, they got rid of me. Once my final payout of my bonus comes in in March, I will have lots more to say since they wont have any way of effecting me. And it is about the big-wigs... the ones who put us into the cr-p situation. so anyway... how many switched? (to get back to the purpose of this post!) I would assume it would be thousands
