Raise number’s just released to management for distribution. The number is 2 percent. Most promotions have been declined by the directors.
The increase doesn’t cover your benefit increase. Never mind the cost of living.
The employees are loosing money for years all going backwards.

The employees who have worth are leaving for better futures and money.
The last 3 left for 10, 25, 30 percent increases.

Given the abysmal funds that were just given to managers for raises, there is simply not enough funds for everyone on a team to get 2.5%. Some people may get 1%. The brutal truth is that this also means that many people will get a 0% raise. If you get 0%, the company wants you to quit. They will lay you off if you don't.
2%. I hope it was worth not leaving when you had the chance . They should have given you zero. Nobody's going anywhere anyway.
HR falsely says unlimited sick and vacation days, but the are not. Anything over 199 back and a several sick days is not good.
