EVP is posting here threatening termination. He wants team players but no one ever told him that teams are build by good leaders. If plurality of employees don’t believe in executives, this executes failed as a leader. .

The corporate stooge appears to be posting during business hours, so clearly, they ought to be the next employee to get laid off. This company is rapidly headed for collapse, so I would think there are more important things to worry about than mean posts on a message board on an obscure corner of the internet. Every VP at Mutual of America who's been promoted since 2016/2017 has had mixed up priorities, and this behavior is just one more small example.
To the poster who is calling on The Layoff to scrub their pages. Hey buddy, get lost ! You are probably a current or former executive that got canned, is trolling for trouble, should move on with life, but no, you wanna get involved in everyone's business and be the Internet Cop ! Go back to NJ or CA and spend your millions after looking yourself in the mirror finding why you made so many bad decisions with your narcissistic behavior that has brought a company to it's knees forcing the layoffs of hundreds of hard working employees, the freezing of the pension, the gutting of retiree healthcare, and the forced sale of a NY Landmark like 320 Park Ave. Look deep into the mirror and get real humble and leave us alone. We were all canned because of your actions so back off.
