I heard today a GM that was in Atlanta has their job moving to Dallas even though their team is in Atlanta. I don’t see any jobs above level two staying in Atlanta in the next 2 to 3 years. We have been told that Director and above will all be in Dallas unless you’re in the field operations or C&E

These clowns can’t manage or plan for next month let along 2-3 years. Quit your sniveling. The company may not even be around in 2-3 years. Did you see the nervous pasty CEO today? This guy is on his way out big time.
Not surprised, as others have said anything L3+ will be backfilled in Dallas or will have to move to Dallas eventually. Just a matter of time before all the hubs are gone. Atlanta is already seeing most backfills and roles move to Dallas per the career hub.
This isn’t news. The original email in 2023 said all Director and above backfills will be Dallas.
They’ll get rid of Atlanta completely eventually but it’s gonna take a while.
Dallas has always been end game.
