We got a department message that RA is leaving the org effective Feb 1. About time there is a shake up in that department. Crown needed to shake that tree.

All of his top people in ES have resigned or are actively looking for new jobs. He's commented that he doesn't care who leaves for the market is so tight he can replace them at half cost. RA needs to go. He is toxic.
RA laid a huge card on the table and pulled back his resignation. He had a big meeting throwing some names under the bus and parked on top of the mangled bodies. Someone needs to dog the dirt under that bis and raise his skeletons so he can be removed.
Dude threatened his whole staff of their jobs for leaking info on here.
He’s still in Outlook so…….
D&D leadership is a coin toss, 50% solid, 50% incompetent a--holes who couldn’t lead (or spell it). Only one VP actually had any experience in the space and leadership, and the other hides giving her organization ZERO direction or support. Can we keep the a--hole spring cleaning going? That’s one way to become efficient and productive.
It's not true only because we've never had a CISO.
Is this actually true or total garbage???
He backstabbed several people to save himself. Horrible manager. Je is definitely not a leader. If things go well he takes the credit. If it goes bad he blames the team under him. A true sleeze POS.
Any verification to this rumor?
My husband worked with him. My understanding was that he was asked to leave that job also, which was absent from the bio CC sent out.
Wow on his Linkedin. Where's all the CIA experience and such he bragged about? I feel like it was there a few years ago. Interesting. Was it all a sham? A company the size of Crown didn't background check such a critical position? Just wow.
Only had to sit thru several of his security presentations and if I had to work with him I would've quit ages ago. SO full of himself. Just so full of himself and for what I couldn't tell you. Can only imagine how he treated his staff. I felt grimy after watching every time.
Physical security lost a lot of good people last year.
Dude was trash. Bye Felicia!
I don't think we have on, he just liked to tell people that's who he was. He was a director, not an executive.
He threw a massive fit on two of his employees about policies he acknowledged approving via IM because it lived in sharepoint (no real tracking). He and an IA person made fun of a staff member presenting to VPs for a disability and then two days later, the employee was terminated while those two kept their jobs and continued enabling behavior that would’ve gotten them terminated long ago in a real org. Disgraceful company in general. #ClownCastle
Good news! We can keep using our systems running on 25 year old technology and software!
Can't wait for all of the "I'm gonna turn this ship around!" from his successor.
Bet he’s not leaving on his own. Incompetence, security IGNORANCE, and misrepresentations to colleagues, customers and executives caught up with him.
How he would make fun of people while presenting. Openly discussed flaws in our systems.
Should have been fired long ago. How is it that you cause numerous lawsuits, but keep your job?
He may have the most barren LinkedIn page for a CISO (for a company our size) I’ve ever seen
He was a CISO-INO, in reality just another do nothing director running a department he had no idea how to run. Pretty common at the Clown Castle.
Imagine being a part of a company no one cares about. Got to update my Chrome browser for third time this week.
Didn't know we even had one. Is that actually his title? Is he like the secret member of the C suite?
