What rock did this OP crawl out from under.
This clown had no clue. BR is a horrible place to work. Where is the company getting these young inexperienced engineers. I often feel like I'm working in a sorority house.

Perhaps you should revisit the Baton Rouge posts on The Layoff.com. 99% of the posts indicate that Baton Rouge management and culture is just like the rest of the corporation.
