People shouldn’t be comparing Crown to the workplace of the carriers, they should be comparing the present day work environment to any day at Crown before 2020. Crown used to be a great place work. I’m not exaggerating when I say you couldn’t find another company that treated its employees better. It was absolutely unheard of that someone would leave the company. Today, Crown is a shell of what it used to be. It offers a bad culture with zero work stability. I find myself embarrassed to tell people I still work here. If it wasn’t for the severance package I am due, I would have been long gone. Here’s to living in reality, this place su-ks and I’m not going to pretend like it doesn’t.
Crown might not have enough rif but the new crown probably will.

I am mad as he-l folks are still remote including Managers and Directors, while lower level employees are forced to commute into the office. Where is the fairness and balance?

I certainly do not like what Crown has become. That being said, OP is spot on. I’m completely remote and enjoy the flexibility afforded by that. Yes, the added responsibility and workload can be daunting. One ALWAYS has the ability to find “greener” pastures, so stop with the bickering and do something about it if you’re unhappy with your current situation.
