You are very smart!!! Congrats! The only change that occurs with Mondelez is things get worse! And worse! And worse! You read about it everyday! They have discriminatory hirirng practices so it’s not not will ever be merit based! Not a place you want to work, no benefit! The biggest thing people can do for themselves is to leave and do it now!
I did and have encouraged others to do the same! Best decision we have made!! Od scrub toilets if I had to, which you won’t!!
