1st thing in the morning 1on1 ESPECIALLY on a Thursday meeting is a big RED FLAG!. I am sorry, but your job is highly likely "eliminated". The good thing is you should expect some sort of severance. Start looking for a new job now, it's a tough job market and with what's going on in the Federal government, you will have a lot of competition soon.
