Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

Massive leadership mess

Fifteen years in, and this place has never been more of a disaster. Morale’s in the gutter, and leadership keeps proving they can’t handle anything without making it worse. People are fed up, but somehow, the same folks stay in charge, failing year after year. How long can this keep going?

After 10 years most of Cigna is very tribal. Keeping things the same as far as who has a say while ensuring the optics are that they are change focused. I think what is making employees unmotivated is that what they say doesn’t match their actions and then when you’re upset or unmotivated, you are told it’s your problem and you have a bad attitude. This works for a while to keep people in power but the fat lady is singing now and all there BS is compounding into a fat stack of big talk that doesn’t match outcomes. Don’t get it twisted tho, you won’t win, so if you need ur job just survive so you don’t get abused.

The biggest difference of coarse, is that the folks running the show now already have their money-- its the ones leaving now that came in broke and are all now billionaires and somehow were able to hide it from the mo--ns that they have failed to educate and stole the money from ...... no it makes perfect since

Cigna continues to outsource jobs. This is only going to accelerate across the U.S. The new presidential administration scammed many people into believing they would protect their jobs from outsourcing. What an obvious joke. They only care about doing what their oligarch billionaire overlords demand.

Do you doubt that? Just look at who was put in the front row at the inauguration. All billionaire robber barons. Not one person who will do anything for the average American. These are the people who are running our government now more than ever. We are sc--wed - at Cigna and beyond.

You read my mind. Cigna is doing its best to make 1st place in a race to the bottom.

Fact, senior executives are being replaced with Indians, who then hire their Indian friends, and so on and so on.

that's why i left my old team- leadership was toxic and promotions were only given to friends of leadership or people located in a certain region despite the team being a national team. awful.
